Delivery and Returns
Once an order is received, our team will lovingly package your Glossy Silk pillowcase/s with care, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
Your Glossy Silk order will then be sent and it should be in your hands within 8-12 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its magical journey.
Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this may be at the discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.
Do you have a return policy?
You can return your products within 60 days of delivery/receiving your order, and we'll take care of it free of charge! To be considered for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. You must initiate a return and post your item within 60 days of delivery/receiving your order.
2. The item must be in its original packaging, which must be in its original condition. This includes any attached swing tags. We may also ask you to take a photo of the item before sending it back to us, so we can assess its condition.
How long do I have to return my Glossy Silk pillowcase?
We're here to make it a bit easier for you – we offer a 60 day return period so you can take the time you need to make the return. Please check our returns policy if you have any questions.
Can I return my Glossy Pillowcase and get a full refund?
We understand that Glossy Silk Pillowcases may not work for everyone. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.
Do I have to pay to return my product?
No need to worry! If you're looking for a refund or an exchange on your Australian order, we've got you covered. We'll provide you with a free return shipping label, so you won't have to worry about the cost of sending your return. If you need help, just contact our friendly team at support@glossysilk.com and they'll be able to assist.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We’re sorry to part ways! If a refund is applicable for your order, we will send an email to confirm that the refund has been processed. It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive in your account, depending on your bank. If it takes longer than that, we suggest that you check with your bank or payment provider.
